As so many other reviews have said, the food and the service are great, however, the app is terrible! There is no QR code on the app despite having deleted and re-installed the app numerous times. I have to place an order on my phone because if I use the machine to place an order my points are not register as my account is not recognised. What is the point of asking for reviews, receiving so many negative responses and not doing anything to address the problems highlighted?
