2023-12-19	Ma*****	I'm getting the same as others. All I ever get is the "you are offline" error which is clearly incorrect as everything else works. Doesn't work with either mobile or WiFi nor another Sim. So clearly your fault. Asking st work, everyone else seems to have the same issue. Been like this for ages and the update has bot fixed it. Useless Still useless after several more updates. When are you going to fix this? Well it's been many months and this apps is still useless. Un installed - good riddance

2022-05-12	m *****	Im afraid the performance of this app is painfully slow. Pixel 6 on a 100 mbps connection, so hardware is not an issue. Can take several seconds for articles to appear with a circle churning away in the background. Please improve performance. Maybe a dedicated server for this app and not a shared one?

Tells me how many articles I haven't read (feels a bit accusatory) but not what those articles are. The alert functionality has been abused: the 1st time to instruct me to participate in the "clap for NHS workers" thing, the second time to instruct me to observe the 11/11 silence. Uninstalled it after that.

2021-10-06	T.*****	It used to work really well and now I can't log in. I've requested a reset twice and given two different login names and different passwords, but the app keeps telling me one of them is wrong! So really this should be one star, because it isn't working right now.

2020-06-04	Ro*****	The app generally works fine however I can't see any way to customise notifications. So I currently seem to get at least one or two a day telling me either "try the new app!" Or something equally none-important. Please allow me to customise it to critical only - e.g the site is flooded, don't come to work etc. Thank you.
