Adeptic OnSite

If your team uses onSite to manage guests, deliveries and goods coming in and out of your company then the onSite app is the perfect companion.

You can set up as many tablets or phones as you like; it's just like adding a user to the system. Within onSite you assign single or multiple tasks to the tablet. The user of the tablet just selects the task they want to complete. All sorts of tasks and sign in procedures can be defined, including a combination of any of the following: -

• Find a preregistered event (visitor, delivery of goods, dispatch of goods) by any information you have defined (order number, customer, visitor name...) for that type of event.

• Easily update information you've defined (registration numbers, emails, courier details ...) for the event.

• Automatically change the event's state (arrived on site, goods loaded, left site...) and inform the hosts or departments of the change.

• Create IDs for visitors

• Use the app to take a snapshot (anything relevant to the event) and attach it to the event.

• Get visitors to sign statements (working practices, NDAs) or questionnaires (health and safety, statement of work ...) for the type of event (visitors, good received...) and store them on the onSite system as PDFs. OnSite then tracks when the document needs to be signed or filled in again for that visitor.
