Staff Hub is the official staff and student app for London Brookes College.

FOR STAFF

• Daily check-in — record when you start and finish, on site or working online, with a short summary of your day.
• Holiday — see your remaining allowance, request leave, and track approvals. Managers review and approve requests in the app.
• Timesheets — log teaching sessions with times and duration, then submit the month for approval.
• Documents — read college policies and forms, and confirm you have read them.
• Registers — take attendance for HND sessions and see how each group is performing.
• Student reviews — record a progress conversation with a student: how they are doing, what was agreed, and whether a follow-up is needed.
• Self-reflection — complete your Strategic Lecturer Self-Reflection and see what you have submitted.

FOR STUDENTS

• Attendance — see your attendance for every unit, current and previous, with your overall percentage.
• Assessments — see your marks, grades and tutor feedback as they are released.
• Progress reviews — read the reviews your lecturers have written about you.
• Ask a question — send a query to the college office and get a reply in the app.

ACCESS

Staff Hub is for London Brookes College staff and enrolled students only. You will need an account with the college to sign in. Accounts are created by the college or approved through the in-app sign-up request.

Your data is sent over an encrypted connection and is only visible to you and the college staff responsible for your record.
