Тест уповноваженої особи

In order to perform the functions specified in Part 9 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", the authorized person must confirm his level of possession of the necessary (basic) knowledge in the field of public procurement by passing a free test. In the letter dated 21.12.2019 No. 3304-04/55553-06, the Ministry of Economy emphasized that customers' CAs must undergo such testing before the final transition to a new form of procurement organization - that is, by January 1, 2022.

The application does not represent a government institution.
It contains a complete list of test questions approved by Order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on November 1, 2021 No. 873-21 (210 questions).
