Також ви, в основному, ігноруєте істотні прохання ваших постійних клієнтів, які приносять вам постійний прибуток, чим знижуєте рівень лояльності до негативних величин. Не раз і не два ви підводили особисто мене і моїх друзів, змушували через невчасність, помилки у доставці з вини працівників а не обставин непереборної сили, отримання без жодної можливості перевірки терпіти збитки
