myDuka Vendor is the official shop-management app for shop owners on the myDuka platform. Run your entire business from your phone — add products, track stock, receive orders, set delivery fees, and manage payments in one place.

Built for small and growing retailers in Tanzania (and beyond), myDuka Vendor keeps your storefront, your inventory, and your sales in sync wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Manage your product catalog
Add and edit products with photos (up to 10 images), descriptions, prices in TZS, categories, and stock levels. Organize your catalog with custom categories and quick search.

• Track inventory in real time
See total products, stock value, and categories at a glance. Get clear alerts for out-of-stock and low-stock items (1–5 left) so you never miss a sale.

• Monitor store performance
A clean dashboard shows total revenue, total orders, pending orders, order status breakdown (pending / confirmed / completed), average order value, units sold, unique customers, and products added, for the last 30 days and custom periods.

• Receive and fulfill orders
Browse recent orders, open full order details with line items and customer info, and move orders through your fulfillment workflow.

• Configure delivery locations
Add the areas you deliver to and set a delivery fee (in TZS) for each location.

• Set up payment methods
Configure the payment options your customers can use at checkout from your store.

• Customize your store settings
Brand your storefront with your own colors using the built-in color picker, plus other store-level preferences. Preview your public store before going live.

• Secure account management
Create an account, verify your mobile number with a 6-digit OTP sent by SMS (and email, when available), sign in securely, reset your password by SMS or email link, and change your password any time.

• Subscription and billing
See your current plan, next renewal date, shops used, and product limits. Browse available monthly and yearly plans plus add-ons, and pay or upgrade directly in the app - or open secure checkout in your browser.

• Bilingual interface
Use the app in English or Kiswahili. Switch languages ​​any time from the More menu.

• Notifications
Stay on top of what needs your attention with an in-app notifications inbox and quick "mark all read" action.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR

myDuka Vendor is for shop owners (vendors) on the myDuka platform. Staff and administrator accounts are intended for the web dashboard in a browser — this app is tailored to owner workflows: catalog, orders, delivery, payments, billing, and store settings.

REQUIREMENTS

• An active myDuka vendor account
• Android 8.0 (Oreo) or newer
• Internet connection (the app talks to your myDuka store on the myDuka cloud)

Note: myDuka Vendor is a companion app to your myDuka store. You'll need an account on the myDuka platform to sign in. If you don't have one yet, you can create a vendor account directly from the app.
