When app is activated, I think its geat but we are struggling now due to a lack of customer support. My bos already paid 3 renewals one in november and 2 in january, yet none of them have been re-activated, plus no response for any email. Very unprofessional, had 5 stara now drop to 1 as 0 is not available. They need to start pull themselves together as it is not cheap stuff. Boss already gave them deadline when it got to be sorted so we moving to NICEIC click. And we have over 14 license.

Good app, used it for years no problem. However, you have to email to reactivate a licence. Most of they time they say they have but they haven't. You cannot call them anymore and I find them very blunt and rude over the phone. There is loads of ideas I have to make the app even better but no way to put your ideas forward. Otherwise the app is functional and gives a good end product.
