Twitch DVR Plus is an unofficial fork of twitch-dvr that adds DVR playback for Twitch live streams. The original project had been inactive for about four years, and this fork updates and fixes it to work with the current Twitch player.

You can rewind and fast-forward in 10-second steps, keep low-latency control with a short live buffer, and jump back to live anytime.

This is exactly the kind of add-on I was looking for. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all, no matter what I do. I don't see a timeline or anything that would let me rewind the stream. I also made sure that the streamers had their VODs turned on.
