2025-01-28	Ja*****	Wifi connection does not work though blutooth works. Wifi symbol does not appear on operation page and there is no option for wifi settings in related setting page. Router signal works remotely for other devices but this app does not detect it. Even hotspot with 2.4GHz does not work. This app needs to be upgraded to work with wifi properly.

2025-01-25	Tr*****	Can't even sign up for an account. Tried everything. Password more the 8 characters, and still it says needs to be more than 8 characters. OMG, the worst sign up app ever!

2024-12-12	1s*****	Updated? 12/2/24 12/2 was the last time I could open my gate via the app. Could it be the update I need this function to provide remote access to the property. Gate works with remote. The version 3.3.6 is likely the problem. Please fix this

2024-10-09	Ew*****	Wifi connection no longer works though blutooth and remotes will still activate the gates. Unable to reconnect with wifi, the controller "sees" the router via the app but constantly times out after trying to log on. Signal strength is fine, even tried using a hotspot right at the controller to no avail. Our installer replaced the wifi controller and were unable to get the new unit to connect either. We purchased the system in order to be able to control the gates remotely.

2024-04-27	Al*****	App takes forever to connect sometimes over WiFi and Bluetooth. After repeatedly opening and closing the app SOMETIMES it ends up working. Something is definitely wrong with the app connecting. Also setting up the app to connect to my WiFi network took long as well.

2024-04-26	Xi*****	I used this app to control a sliding gate. It was okay initially. However, the app stopped working after 8 months and i tried to reconnect, but it could not find the device any more. Any idea?

2023-10-08	Sh*****	When it works, it's fantastic. Too unreliable & has let us down too often innvarious ways - now ordering extra remotes now to be able to get in & let our visitors in :( With some pain, we fully re-set the system at the gate for new pin codes & uninstalled, re-installed app. Worked for a day now getting connection fail.

2023-08-18	Br*****	Never work and pathetic customer support! I can see my gate opener in the app but the app never let me to connect to it! I have tried resetting the WiFi box many times! What the hell is the connection status 1005!
