BORDO is a POS system designed for cafes and small restaurants. With just an Android tablet, everything from order taking, delivery, and payment to kitchen preparation and operational reports is completed on a single screen.

【Floor Management and Order Taking】 A table layout clearly shows available, occupied, reserved, and overdue tables; ordering, adding items, changing tables, and takeout are all handled seamlessly. Items can be customized (ice level, sugar content, toppings), and additional orders are automatically added to the same order.

【Order Setting: Each Copy is a Rule】 This is what makes BORDO truly unique. Customer slips, store receipts, bar work orders, kitchen work orders, and beverage cup labels—each slip follows a customizable rule:

• When to print (at checkout/when delivering/manually)
• Which order printer to use
• Which items to print (all/by workstation/by category)
• What the layout looks like (Logo, order number style, quantity, price, customization, remarks, total, payment method, custom footer on/off)
Real-time preview on the right—what you see is what you get, eliminating the need for repeated trial prints and wasted paper.

【Kitchen Display (KDS)】 Separate display for the bar and kitchen, progressing item by item from "Pending → In Production → Completed," eliminating the need for order calls. Overdue orders are automatically highlighted.

【Direct Connection to Order Printers】 Direct connection to thermal order printers and label printers via the store's local area network, eliminating the need for an intermediary box. Supports four command protocols: ESC/POS, StarPRNT, TSPL, and EPL2. Works with both 58mm and 80mm paper widths. When the IP address of a standalone machine changes due to DHCP, the app will automatically find it again, eliminating the need for on-site reconfiguration.

【Management Backend】 Menus and pricing, inventory, tables and floors, employees and permissions, shift clocking, revenue reports, and Prime Cost metrics are all managed from the same backend. Cancellations and refunds require supervisor PIN approval, and every transaction is recorded.

【Multiple Users and Permissions】 Store managers, cashiers, and kitchen staff each have different permissions. Use a PIN code to quickly switch identities without logging out and back in.
