Extremely & unnecessarily slow to access rubbish truck route pickup points on map in app; so slow & dysfunctional that it's a real struggle to find nearby pickup points & times. It's extremely non-user-friendly, for example why not put the pickup times on the pickup point labels on the map directly, instead of a number indicating sequential order of truck route, most pickup points have same pickup time for general, recyclables, & organic waste. App uses same terrible map system as the website.
