The Fitual Anywhere is your fitness sanctuary on the go, combining dance-inspired workouts with high-energy movements to sculpt and strengthen your whole body. Whether you’re a beginner or a devoted TFA member, we offer classes for everyone that can be streamed from any device, anywhere.

With twelve different classes styles and new classes uploaded weekly, you will be constantly challenged and motivated to continue coming back. Our library of high-energy classes aim to help you improve your overall balance, strength, alignment, and flexibility.

Our classes aren’t meant to be a short-term fix or something you’re forced to do – they’re to sustain you, energize you, and connect you with your body and mind while also allowing you to connect with Chalnessa and our TFA Community.

Signature Fitual
Sculpt and strengthen your entire body with our Signature Fitual class which offers a mix of high intensity resistance training, dance-inspired cardio, and core intervals. This class will leave you sweating! Pre- and post- natal variations are included.

Signature Ritual
Low-intensity, cardio-free classes that focus on building core strength, while toning the hips, thighs, glutes, and arms.

TFA Strength
Pick up your heavier weights and get your entire body toned with these full body strength classes.

Prenatal + Postnatal Series
Chalnessa has created this series of classes to empower women to move safely during and after their pregnancy. Chalnessa is a Prenatal and Postnatal Specialist and has created this series to help women connect to their bodies in a whole new way. These classes will provide you with the tools you need to help you overcome treatable symptoms related to pregnancy that many women experience. Awareness of breath and alignment are the key components during this series of classes, where you will learn to navigate through your new powerful body. You’ll be able to take what you learn during this series and apply it to any other class that is available through the TFA library.

Travel Series
Explore travel-friendly classes that are equipment-free and low impact. These classes will allow you to continue moving your body while on vacay and are perfect for your hotel room or small spaces.

LIVE Classes
Join Chalnessa LIVE each week as she guides you through your favourite TFA classes. During these classes, you'll be able to interact with Chalnessa and other TFA members through the LIVE stream chat, helping you build a strong connection to Chalnessa and the TFA Community while also sculpting and toning your body. All live classes are available on-demand in the TFA library after they initially air.

TFA Monthly Program
Our TFA Monthly Program is designed and currated by Chalnessa to give you the most out of TFA each week. The TFA monthly program incorporates a variety of Signature Fitual, Signature Ritual, and TFA Strength classes. The TFA Monthly Program recommends classes from our TFA library and also includes the addition of weekly LIVE classes to help keep you accountable and connected to Chalnessa and the TFA Community.
