nuvolayoga

Nuvola Yoga isn't a video library: it's an online yoga school in Italian, with live classes every day and teachers who watch you practice.

With the app, you can connect to the morning live class from your home mat, catch up on yesterday's class from the couch, or follow an on-demand program when you have ten minutes. The school follows you wherever you are.

THREE THINGS YOU CAN ONLY FIND HERE

The teacher sees you.

17 live classes every week, from 6:30 a.m. to p.m. The teacher corrects you in real time and calls you by name. Not a recorded video that speaks to everyone and no one.

A program that guides you.
Each month, a teaching theme with philosophical and anatomical focuses, developed through live classes, replays, and on-demand programs. You no longer have to choose where to start: there's a direction.

A team that counts.
Yoga Alliance International certified teachers, with university degrees and decades of in-person teaching before working online. Serious yoga, well explained, without shortcuts.
