Mindful Strength

Strength-based classes taught in a mindful and accessible way to help you move with more confidence. This membership includes weekly live classes and a variety of on-demand classes from 20-60 minutes to build capacity and resilience. Appropriate for all ages, all you need is a resistance band, a weight, and some household items to participate. Sliding scale pricing available through our website mindfulstrength.ca

Mindful Strength offers an auto-renewing Subscription
You'll receive unlimited access to content on all your devices. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Pricing varies by location and is confirmed prior to purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or the trial period (when offered). Cancel anytime in Account Settings.
