Am having problem when listening to the audio on the app it just stops and I have to start all over again and it keeps saying the app is not working on my phone so it shows close app or wait

your audio for 9th and 10th of December has been incomplete. . it takes a lot of minutes to download. I give up on the app. instead of playing the recent audio it keeps playing the one of November and we are in December, the date is correct but the audio plays the old messages.
