Tuner Bat has regular tuning mode, and for an enhanced calibration, a mode called Bat Zoom, which zeros in on the exact note and frequency of the note being played. To use Bat Zoom mode, simply tap the Bat Zoom button to engage it, and tap again to disengage.

The tuner will let you know when you are flat, sharp, in tune, and also have perfect pitch.

The audio processing sequence uses a bat echolocation inspired algorithm to detect the frequency of a note.

The app uses the device's microphone in a way a bat's ears might detect the location and pitch of a sound.
A different, yet effective way to tune an instrument.
