Es funktioniert unter Ubuntu 24.04 LTS ohne einem schwerwiegendem Problem. Ein Klick reicht nicht, sondern auf Webseite markieren, darauf Rechts-Klick, damit ein Kontextmenü erscheint, und dann Auswahl in Translatium übersetzen. Das war es. (Achtung: Davor Desktop App als Snap installiert.) It works in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS without any severe problem. One Click is not sufficient, but one has to mark the word on the website, make a right click, so a context menu appears, and choose option to translate in Translatium. That was it. (Attention: Previously I installed the desktop app as snap.)
