With Growl, you help young footballers grow step-by-step, in rhythm with your own training sessions and matches. Together with the coach, you become a better footballer and a stronger person.

HOW IT WORKS

2. Create a plan in the app. A concrete if-then plan, linked to your training sessions and matches.

3. Work on it. During the training sessions and matches you are already playing.

4. Reflect. After a session, check in with a single tap and reflect on what you learned. Calmly and without judgment.

5. See your growth. Your progress becomes a story with milestones. An achieved goal is a chapter in your journey.
