Team Riders Merchant App is a merchant-only app designed to receive and efficiently process food delivery orders in real time. When a customer order is received, you can manage the entire process of collaborating with delivery drivers to pick up the items and deliver them to the destination.

This app uses foreground services to receive orders in real time and deliver notifications immediately. This function is a core function of the app, and is automatically activated when the app is launched, and performs the following actions:

Maintain real-time connection with the server: Always maintain a connection so that you can receive notifications immediately when a new order occurs.

Provide voice notifications of order information: When an order arrives, a notification sound is played through the in-app media player, allowing for a quick response even in situations where visual confirmation is difficult.

Stay active even in the background: Order reception and notifications are performed in real time even when the user does not directly open the app, preventing work from being missed.

This service runs automatically without manual control from the user (merchant), and if it is interrupted, order reception delays or omissions may occur, so it is absolutely necessary for business stability.
