QRPoint Facility Management is a professional field task management application designed for cleaning crews working in hospitals, shopping malls, office complexes, and similar facilities. It fully digitizes cleaning operations with QR code-verified shift initiation, location-based checklists, and real-time SLA tracking.

The employee starts their shift by scanning the QR code at the facility entrance. The system instantly verifies location, identity, and authorization. Unauthorized initiation is prevented.

▸ TASK TRACKING AND STATUS MANAGEMENT
Overdue, upcoming, and completed tasks are displayed at a glance using color coding. Periodic and instantaneous tasks are listed separately.

▸ CHECKLIST-BASED TASKS
Each task carries its own checklist. Mandatory steps must be completed before the task is finished. Minimum time requirements apply for high-risk areas.

▸ PHOTO-PROVEN COMPLETION
Photos can be added at the end of the task. Images are automatically compressed, and location data (EXIF GPS) is cleaned for privacy.

▸ OFFLINE OPERATION
The application continues to work during internet outages. Completed tasks are kept in a queue on the device and automatically synchronize when a connection is restored. It can work offline for a full shift.

▸ REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
SLA reminders, new task assignments, and urgent alerts are delivered as instant notifications. Tapping the notification takes you directly to the relevant task.

The number of completed tasks, average completion time, and SLA compliance rate are tracked in the user profile.
