The Eyüpsultan Municipality Personnel Task Tracking Application is an official internal platform developed to digitize the municipality's field operations (Cleaning Services, Parks and Gardens, etc.) and increase service quality, coordination, and personnel efficiency.

Thanks to this application, municipality personnel and managers can instantly track their daily tasks with an advanced map infrastructure and manage field processes transparently and quickly from a single center.

Key Features:

📍 Map-Based Task Management: Point-specific tasks determined by managers using coordinates on the map are instantly transmitted to field personnel. Personnel can easily reach the task area with advanced map and satellite view support.

📸 Evidence and Real-Time Status Reporting: Completed tasks in the field are uploaded to the system along with photos taken and notes added via the application. Task statuses (New, Ongoing, Completed) can be monitored instantly by managers.

👥 Shift, Team, and Leave Management: Personnel can transparently view their daily work areas, assigned teams, and leave status through the system. Managers can quickly manage team transfers in the field.

🔔 Fast Communication and Instant Notifications: Field personnel can report urgent problems or requests encountered during their duties directly to their managers via instant notifications (push notifications).

🔒 Role-Based Secure Access: Prioritizing the security of personal and corporate data, the application has a hierarchical authorization infrastructure (Manager, Supervisor, Field Personnel).
