        1) How to send and receive group chat messages?
        Clicking on any group field will navigate you to a window where you will be prompted to enter your email/phone numbers.
        For email, you will receive a verification link to verify your email address after you have provided your email and password.
        For phone number sign in method, a verification code will be sent to a number which you provided
        
        2) How to identify whether a message is a question, comment or an answer?
        There are various background colors wrapping up each message, each of which represents the identity of the messages.
        
        • Blue background represents a QUESTION
        • Light green background represents a SUB QUESTION
        • White background represents a COMMENT
        • Dark green background represents an ANSWER to a QUESTION(Or SUB QUESTION)
        
        3) How to determine if an answer to a QUESTION Or SUB QUESTION is correct or not
        Symbols are used to indicate the status of the answer to a question
        
        • ‘Tick’ symbol indicates that the answer to a QUESTION Or SUB QUESTION is correct
        • ‘Red cross’ symbol indicates that the answer to a QUESTION Or SUB QUESTION is wrong
        • ‘Clock’ symbol indicates that the group administrator has seen the answer and still deciding whether a QUESTION Or SUB QUESTION is correct
        
        4) What is the primary language used to communicate with other leaners in the group chats?
        English is strictly the language that must be used always when sending a message to a group
        
        5) Where to find documents or images after downloading them?
        For Pdf documents, you go to the download section of your FILES.
        For images, you go the GALLERY of your app and you will also find the path of the image in FILES when you select details in options of the image
        
        HS Toolkit uses the Device administrator permission
