Records and displays expenses by month.
Displays daily totals.

* Expense Recording
1. Press the "Expense Recording" button.
2. Select the year, month, and day and press "OK".
3. Enter the expense details and press "OK".
4. Enter the expense amount and press "OK".
5. Enter a memo and press "Save".

▼ Sort Order
Tap "Sort" at the top of the screen to change the sort order of the table.

▼ Memo
Tap the three dots on the left side of the table to display the menu.
Tap "Edit Memo" to add a memo.

▼ Create CSV File
Create a CSV file by specifying the user/year and month.
To print, send it to a printable app such as a drive before printing.

▼ Add New User
Adding a new user allows you to record separately.
Enter the user's name and group name (can be left blank).
To edit, tap the table in "Edit User" to open the editing screen.
You can switch users by tapping the User Switch button in the User Switching section.

▼Graphs
Tapping a graph displays the selection screen.
The following list is displayed on the selection screen; tapping an item displays the graph.

• Monthly Graph
• Yearly Total Graph

▼Dark Theme
Turning on Dark Theme switches the screen display to a black-based color scheme.
Turning it off reverts to the normal white-based screen display.

▼To Delete All Records
You can delete all records from the "Delete All Data" option in the upper right menu.

▼Data Transfer for Device Change
Tapping "Data Transfer for Device Change" in the menu displays the following selection screen.
• Create File (Create a backup file for device change)
• Restore (Restore data from the backup file)

Procedure A. Steps to Create a Backup File
1. Tap "Data Transfer for Device Change" in the menu.
2. Tap "Create File".
3. Tap "Create File" on the confirmation screen.
4. Tap "Select App" on the sending screen.
5. Tap "Save to Drive".

Procedure B. Restoration (Restoring data from the backup file in Procedure A)
1. Launch Google Drive on your new smartphone/tablet, select the backup file, and tap "Download" from the menu.
2. Install this app from Google Play on your new smartphone/tablet. Launch the app.
3. Tap "Data Transfer for Device Change" in the menu.
4. Tap "Restore".
5. From the list of files to restore, tap the file you want to restore.
