When I went to activate online payment on my card with a high enough payment limit at Riviere du Rempart branch, I was definitely not informed that I will need secure tokens app and I will need to activate this app. Now I am booking an urgent flight and the payment asks for token number. It's Saturday so of course the only answer I get on the 24/7 helpline is to wait for Monday!!very unprecedented and unprofessional!! Is that even a helpline!!
