Toggle Save-Data Header

Toggle/Switch the "Save Data" header (ref. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Save-Data ) to tell the server, that it should send with reduced data elements. (images, media, etc.)

Usage:

1. install the add-on
2. use the toolbar button to toggle the ON (green) and OFF (red) state

1. Permissions:
   • all_urlsto update the requests for all sites
   • webRequest, to hook into the webRequest event
   • webRequestBlocking, to modify the header
   • storage, to save the state though browser restarts
   This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose. If you think this could be improved please let me know by opening an issue and i will try to look into it.
