Coach Flow is a bilingual (English/French) fitness coaching platform that streamlines communication and planning between fitness coaches and their clients.

- Nutrition planning with daily meal tracking (calories, protein, carbs, fats), food logging, and water intake monitoring
- Progress tracking with weight and body fat percentage charts (Recharts), progress photo gallery with camera upload, and manual metric logging
- Real-time chat with their coach, including file/image sharing
- Profile management with personal info, goals, notification preferences, and theme/language settings
For coaches, the app offers complete client management:

- Client management (add, view, filter, detailed profiles)
- Workout plan builder with day-by-day organization, exercise assignment, and reusable templates
- Meal plan builder with multi-language food database, AI-assisted generation, and template support
