User Reviews

User reviews praise My ADHD for informative, relatable content and free accessibility, with an easy-to-use design. However, repeated issues include unreliable diagnosis tools, non-working emotional analysis features, questionable content quality, lack of practical management features, and a negative stance toward medications. Overall, the app is helpful for some but unreliable for others.
Pros
  • Informative resource with useful coping material for understanding ADHD and managing symptoms
  • Free to use / accessible without cost
  • Relatable content that validates experiences and helps users feel understood
  • Easy-to-use and visually appealing interface
  • Helpful organizing tips and recommendations for apps/tools
Cons
  • Diagnosis/quiz reliability concerns; perceived as flawed or not inclusive of adult ADHD
  • Emotional analysis feature often does not work or save history
  • Content quality concerns with misinformation or conflicting information
  • Lacks actionable tools for personal ADHD management (no notes, reminders, or progress tracking)
  • Sensitive medical information and media stances perceived as negative about medication

Just started using myADHD. I took the questionnaire test. It told me I don't have ADHD. It doesn't ask many of the questions that relate to me! Most questions it does ask are ok. So don't be fooled or discouraged if the test results say you don't have ADHD, if you know that you.

The feature to assess ur emotions from ur camera , just takes takes u to take a picture and when it takes you back to the app it goes to the main page and doesn't add ur analysis in ur emotional analysis history.
