Recent reviews

It's ok. We loaded our tickets into the app BUT one member of our party couldn't make it. Unfortunately the app doesn't show you which tickets have been scanned before AND randomly reorders them. I appreciate this is a niche situation, but it meant we couldn't get a refund on the additional ticket because even after approaching the main kiosk and asking for help they ended up scanning the wrong one. Just a very basic function that could be added but has cost us a park ticket

A Good Idea but fatally flawed. Handy for the park map, ride details,holding tickets and queue times, but when trying to use the really useful stuff like adding reminders for shows or directions to rides the app crashes on my Samsung S22+ running Android
