The first review tare the theme to pieces, I'll just rewrite some facts from it: completely unreadable menu, website and bookmarks.
The them really deserves a minus 10 from from 5 stars, but only 1 is possible.
A recommendation to the author is - make a better theme (more readable, just apply better contrasts) and revoke this one for good, because it's a shame for any reputation.
Mind the people with disabilities first, normal naggers and people with some OS customizations, then upload. Then it will probably succeed. I suggest that you don't tamper system settings of fontsize (OS, whichever is, sets them and FF picks them), just change their colors. To improve readability you might use bold fonts with some small yellow shadow.
