MOPH Meet is the official telemedicine platform of the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), designed to improve public access to healthcare services. It allows users to consult with doctors and medical personnel, and receive health services from anywhere, reducing waiting times and overcrowding in healthcare facilities. The application is user-friendly, secure, and fully integrated with the national healthcare system.

Key Features for the Public (Service Users):
• Online consultations with doctors and medical personnel anytime, anywhere: Supports video calls for examinations and consultations with medical professionals of all disciplines, with clear image and sound quality.
• Convenient and secure login: Supports identity verification via Health ID and integration with the MorProm system.
• Waiting room system and notifications: Clearly displays the waiting queue and supports notifications (calling) via the MorProm application and LINE OA MorProm.
• Supports connectivity with IoT devices: Can connect to and read data from medical devices via the Ministry of Public Health's standard system to display health information on the screen. These include:
Blood pressure monitors
Blood oxygen monitors (SpO2)
Body temperature monitors
Blood glucose monitors
Weight scales
Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring (NST)

• Standardized Ministry of Public Health Authentication: Secure login via Provider ID.
• Queue and Meeting Room Management System: Ability to create telemedicine consultation rooms, academic meeting rooms, and real-time patient queue management.
• Hospital Database Integration: Supports recording of treatment data and connecting to the healthcare provider's HIS system via API.
• Treatment Support Tools: Ability to view past medical records, take screenshots, and record video during medical services.
