2024-06-15	Ki*****	Too many tricks. Overtime was displayed as 99baht/ min (was stuck in traffic) but it changed while I was driving!!! 30 min. were more expensive than 3hours rent. Inacceptable!! The cars are always parked as a bait. I lost 30 min rent and an appointment for trying to park it back at the exact same spot but was impossible. They explained some parking spots are not for customers. Why is it parked there then? I had to walk back long distance in rain with important documents. I don't trust them.

2024-04-10	Da*****	Application with bugs. Paid an extra 400 baht. I wanted to buy a tariff for 3 hours, the system froze but it said the purchase was successful. As a result, the minute rate was applied. The support said we couldn’t help and closed the chat🙄

There's a ton of vehicle options and the green zones where you can leave the car are everywhere. They even pay for fuel which is amazing. They also have very fast and responsive customer service. We left a bag in our car after rental and they helped us track it down 4 days later! After growing to expect mediocre service, the high quality service from this company blew me away.

2023-09-17	Al*****	The Home Zone system is completely broken. Why are some of them so small and tiny? Why are home area zones so rarely. Why do you check possibility to finish rent in the end of finish process? It should be in the beginning! You can park the car really well and in the home area green zone but it's mean nothing then app will say something like your car isn't in home area and in the map I see the car with wrong angle for example. Everything else are great. But finish system so terrible.
