2024-09-01	Na*****	Impossible to use. Downloaded when a storm hit to send out emergency messages. I can add a plan, but no where can I add credit for casual usage, all links in the webpage are broken and sends you around in circles, the add credit takes you to a take to type a message that you then cand send because you don't have credit.

2023-07-31	Br*****	I've been using this since 2018 and recently they changed the pricing and keep charging me without my consent , and when I questioned about it they closed my account with $16.13 balance in it , contacted customer service and tried to get that amount , they keep saying it's a legitimate charge and won't refund. Worst customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would . Please don't waste your money , they basically scam your money 🤬

2023-06-06	Jo*****	MSG FAILED. REJECTED. NO REASON GIVEN. CHARGE BACK COMING. I was also banned from the app because i gave them 1 star. Instead of fixing the problem, they decided to ban me because of their trash business ethetics. Great job.

2022-11-21	Al*****	It was working great for years. Now all of a sudden it won't send the mass text if a website is included in the text. However, its saying it sent and charging me for it ... when it didn't. Not being able to send the website via text so they can click on it and register is not allowing quick and effective responses. How can this be fixed ASAP. I have emailed, called and sent a Facebook Message with no response. Update: I heard back, my text number needed to be verified. It's all fixed now. Thx
