pkg install python 2,3 isn't valid Termux syntax. Normally you'd install python, and Python 2 isn't part of current Termux repositories. ast is a built-in Python module. You don't normally install it. Installing requests for both Python 2 and Python 3 is redundant. The biggest red flag The caution section says: avoid VPN don't run on public Wi-Fi ensure good internet That's very strange for something that claims to teach programming. A programming tutorial or educational package shouldn't care .
