People really need this service and your killing it by allowing anyone to just book with no fee and never be on the bus leaving the rest of us travelling the half of north east to just to get home after work!

2024-08-20	12*****	Personally I think this an exceptional service, I have used Tees flex a few times now and I can't fault it. I would advise to use the schedule service and give roughly 4 hours notice or more rather than the instant booking as this usually says "too busy". The app could do with some adjustments IE show what booking you have made, but the notifications come through clear with details of the vehicle & times. Great way to travel in a relatively brand new mercedes. Private taxi for £3 🤷

2024-03-23	Da*****	Tried this app several times to no avail, absolutely hopeless, and I believe that I am tech savvy. Eventually I have managed to download the app, as other reviewers have stated, it unreliable due to poor routing, inconsistent arrival and departure and stating the pickup point is half a mile away, when I have managed to use it, it's great, but the inconsistencies are annoying and for someone in their seventies it's unsafe.

2023-09-21	AC*****	I tried to switch the ap from my tablet to my phone, as I realised only my phone operates with data connection when out and about (tablet needs wifi). But there seems to be no way to delete yourself from the system, even after uninstalling the ap. Consequently when trying to register with my phone I get the "already an account with that number"message. So, on my first attempt to use this service, I cannot . So a dead loss really. Disappointed, I had an important use for it visiting a hospital.

Got to the bus stop in time, only to recieve another message saying "Sorry, we do not have enough buses to fulfil your pre booked request", and instructing me to book on demand. Spent another 20 minutes trying to book another which wasn't in "High demand" (don't understand why, as they are usually half empty most of the time). Luckily I managed to get one just in time for work.

2023-03-10	RO*****	Great idea, poorly executed. So poorly in fact that I've never used it. Yet I am in many ways a textbook user. I only travel by bus. Hard to get to hospitals. I have bus pass so it won't cost me. The ap can't answer any questions, like how long does it take (Essential for appointments) .The bus goes straight past my house but doesn't stop anywhere near so i may as well take the ten minute walk up the hill for the regular bus. There i can watch helplessly as the Teesflex whizzes by 95% empty.
