TechPlan is a mobile CAD system for cadastral engineers that automates measurements of premises and speeds up the receipt of the graphic part of the technical plan by 6 times.
The effectiveness of the application is achieved through the following benefits:
1. Connection of a rangefinder via Bluetooth, automatic transmission of measurements;
2. Algorithms for measuring even the most complex premises (including round walls);
3. All errors are detected during the measurement;
4. Arrangement of dimensions and signatures, indication of wall material;
5. Getting the finished plan in raster (PNG) and vector (DXF);
6. Formation of explication in Excell format;
7. Training to work takes from 2 to 6 hours.
