very poor system, I was forced to download their app after I was forced to pay 10000 birr, apparently a long overdue traffic payment which BTW initially was 1200 birr, the system failed to prompt me with an overdue message or failed to prompt me the 1st time I was penalised it kept running quietly in the system for long until I was told by people to download this App, the app showed me my overdue payment, & I was forced to pay, but the app failed to accept my complaint, recently it doesn't open
