DUG Group

The Delta Unity Group (DUG) is a strategic political pressure group and advocacy organization based in Delta State, Nigeria. It plays a pivotal role in shaping the political dynamics of Delta State, with a core mandate to foster unity, drive socio-economic development, and uphold good governance within Delta State.

The group is spearheaded by Hon. Itiakpo Ikpokpo, serving as the convener, while Barrister Chiedu Ebie functions as Co-Convener. Barrister Ebie also occupies the influential position of Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Under his stewardship, the DUG has evolved into a critical platform for political mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy, aimed at advancing the strategic interests of the Niger Delta.
