Sytium mobile

Sytium Mobile is the companion app for the Sytium management platform, designed for teams that manage their day-to-day operations: finance, human resources, sales, projects, and logistics.

Designed for very small businesses (VSBs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the OHADA zone (SYSCOHADA accounting, FCFA), it extends your Sytium workspace to your mobile device, allowing you to stay connected and take action wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Team messaging: channels, direct messages, mentions, pinning, voice notes, and audio/video calls, with real-time notifications.

• Time tracking via geolocation: record arrival, breaks, and departure. Time tracking is validated when you are at an authorized site within your organization.

• Dashboard: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your business (revenue, cash flow, attendance, etc.).

• Proformas and catalog: create and view your quotes, including products and customer contact information.

• Cash Management: Record receipts and disbursements, with supporting documentation.

• Leave and Attendance: Submit your leave requests and view your attendance summary.

ONLY FOR TEAMS USING SYTIUM
Sytium mobile does not allow account creation. Access is provided by your organization's administrator, who manages accounts and roles. If your company is not yet using Sytium, visit sytium.tech.
