2023-03-17	Sh*****	There is absolutely no reason for anyone to download the fresh app. They use Doordarsh so unfortunately not only did I do an order and the food was destroyed in bag the first time. But I also ordered food again and on the fresh app it said delivered while standing downstairs but I didn't receive it. Unfortunately Fresh was not able to do nothing. Resulted in contacting Doordarsh to get a refund. So once again don't even bother to download the app. Waste of space on phone and a waste of time.

2023-01-02	Ma*****	I LOVE the restaurant, but HATE this app. I tried to order through it, got a call from customer service that said, "Your order didn't go through to the restaurant, so we've cancelled it and you have to try again". I did try again, same thing happened. I don't understand how they can see the order but the restaurant can't. We ended up just forgetting the whole thing and they lost a sale.

I'm having the biggest craving of life for the "eat your greens" salad and I opened my uber eats app at 9pm to order but because they close at 10pm, Uber wasn't taking any more orders tonight. In my craveous determination I Googled the Fresh Hamilton restaurant and downloaded the app, which was very straight forward, easy to navigate and fast, I placed my order, requested delivery and it says it will be here between 10 and 10:20pm! I'm so happy! Thank you Fresh delivery person & Fresh!

I've caught on and now have to call after my order if i have specific instructions to create my unique order. It's annoying and time consuming and defeats the purpose of having this app. I used to order from my Ritual account but for some reason my specific Fresh location is no longer available on the app so I do it through the Fresh's convoluted app.
