App doesn't work

Noch grobe Kinderkrankheiten. Ohne App kein Check-in und kein Zugang zum Haus und ins Zimmer. Wenn man nicht exakt den Anreise- und Abreisetag angibt, wird die Buchung nicht gefunden und man weiß nicht warum. Hinweise zum Öffnen der Haustür und wie man dann ins Zimmer kommt sind unklar bis irreführend. Zimmertür reagierte nicht aufs Handy. Hab 20 Minuten mit 2 Handys probiert und musste dann den Notdienst anrufen, der mir half, mit einer vor Ort verfügbaren RFID-Karte ins Zimmer zu kommen.
