Adagu – அடகு

Adagu is one app for a pawn (gold loan) shop and the people who pledge with it. When you open it, choose who you are.

For customers
• Your pledges at a glance: photos of your jewels, their weight, the loan amount and the due date.
• Today's amount: what it takes to close the loan today, and the interest due, worked out by your shop.
• Reminders before the due date.
• Pay your shop by UPI (if your shop allows it) with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. The money goes straight to the shop. Tap "I've paid" and the shop checks it and issues the receipt.
• Receipts and history for every payment.
To start, ask at your shop's counter to link your phone, then scan the code they show you.

For shop owners and staff
• New pledge in a minute: photograph the customer, their ID and each jewel; weights, scheme and the lending limit check are on one screen.
• Scan the pawn ticket to open a loan at the counter.
• Receive interest, part payments, renewals and closings, worked out by the shop's own rules, exactly as on the Adagu web app.
• Customer UPI payment reports wait in Payment claims until you check your bank and post the receipt.
• Print or share pawn tickets, interest receipts and Form H redemption receipts.
• Registers and reports: pledge book, sale book, day book, Form M, cash flow, reconciliation.
• Two-person control for every correction, approval codes for new devices, and auto sign-out.
Your shop's administrator creates staff logins.

Tamil and English throughout. Fingerprint / face lock. Light and dark themes.

Adagu does not lend money and does not collect payments. It shows the records of the pawn shop you already deal with, for shops that use the Adagu system. To set up Adagu for your shop, write to hello@consign.tech.
