Evidence Collection App – Grupo Americar

The Evidence Collection App allows you to register, organize, and validate digital evidence associated with Work Orders (WOs) for vehicles entering the workshop for Campaign, Warranty, or Diagnostic services.

The application replaces the informal practice of sending photos and documents via WhatsApp or email, ensuring a structured, traceable process aligned with each brand's requirements.

What does the application allow you to do?

- Search for WOs by vehicle license plate.

- Capture photos, videos, and documents from your mobile device.

- Directly associate each piece of evidence with its corresponding WO.

- Follow a structured workflow by role (Advisor, Technician).

- Send evidence for formal validation.

- View the process status in real time.

Digital Workflow
- The application guides the user through each stage of the process:
- Initial capture of evidence upon vehicle arrival.

- Execution of the work in the workshop.

- Capture of evidence of work performed.

- Final validation by the Warranty Administrator.

- The entire process is digitally recorded, allowing for complete traceability and error reduction.

Final validation is performed from the Backoffice Portal by the Warranty Administrator.
