Charging RM2 admin fee for online booking but the website and UI are bad. Email doesn't contain seat details and trying to print ticket from website is a joke. All documents contained no details but pages and pages of blank and ask customer to print screen. The programmer should be fired tbh. Lol

Doesn't deserve any stars anyway. Even want to login in this apps also take to many steps. Even when I enter the right password also it says its a wrong password. Reset the password also take some really stupid steps. Very troublesome for me.
