How do I sign up?
To log in to the app, use your personal login and password, which are issued by the GARSline dispatch service after signing an agency agreement. If you don't have login information yet, please contact GARSline support. After logging in, you immediately gain access to all the app's features.
What can you do with the app?
1. Accept orders from customers
Orders from passengers placed through the GARSline service are sent directly to your app. You can see the pickup address, destination, and trip details. Accept calls at your own discretion—you decide whether to accept an order or not.
2. Book a "On the Way Home" order
Want to combine your commute home with some extra income? Enable "On the Way Home" mode, and the system will only suggest orders that are on your route. It's convenient, cost-effective, and perfectly suits your schedule.
3. Build a route and use navigation
The app instantly plots the optimal route to the passenger and final destination. The navigation starts automatically—no need to switch between apps or manually enter addresses.
4. Calculate the trip cost
Before the trip, you see a preliminary estimate: how many kilometers the trip will cover, how long it will take, and the estimated cost. This helps avoid misunderstandings with passengers and agree on terms in advance.
5. Communicate with dispatchers via chat
If you have questions about your order or need help, use the built-in chat. All messages are securely saved and synced, even if the internet connection is temporarily lost.
