FlowCash

FlowCash is a driver productivity app designed to help private hire, rideshare and professional drivers better understand their working performance, operating costs and estimated profitability.

The app helps drivers review visible ride offer information, monitor business activity and calculate useful productivity metrics such as estimated earnings per hour, earnings per mile, mileage impact and operating cost impact. FlowCash is designed for drivers who want a clearer view of their work, costs and performance during the driving day.

FlowCash includes a business dashboard where drivers can review weekly performance, gross earnings, estimated net earnings, miles driven, estimated expenses and active business rules. Drivers can configure personal settings such as minimum earnings per hour, minimum earnings per mile, minimum passenger rating and operating costs. These settings help FlowCash provide productivity guidance based on the driver’s own business targets.

The app also includes a system access setup flow to help users understand and enable the Android permissions required for the app to work.

FlowCash uses the Android AccessibilityService API only after the driver gives explicit consent. This allows FlowCash to read visible ride offer information from supported driver apps, such as fare, distance, duration, pickup and drop-off text, trip details, and other user-generated or app-generated content visible on the screen.

This information is used only to calculate driver productivity metrics such as estimated earnings per hour, earnings per mile, mileage impact, operating cost impact, estimated profitability and ride analysis. FlowCash does not use AccessibilityService to control the device, perform automatic clicks, tap, accept, decline, cancel, perform gestures, read private messages, collect passwords, access banking or payment information, record calls, change device settings or control any third-party app.

FlowCash may also use overlay permission to display a small guidance card above other apps. This overlay shows estimated profitability information to the driver. It does not interact with, modify or control any other app. Drivers remain fully responsible for all decisions, including whether to accept, decline or ignore any ride offer.

In some cases, FlowCash may use temporary on-device screen capture and OCR as a fallback to recognise visible text. This processing is temporary and local to the device. FlowCash does not save, upload or share screenshots used for OCR processing.

FlowCash is an independent productivity tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or controlled by any rideshare, private hire, taxi, delivery or transportation platform. The app does not guarantee earnings, profitability, ride availability or business results.

FlowCash is intended for adult professional drivers who want to track performance, understand costs and make more informed business decisions while working. Users should always use the app safely and legally, without allowing it to distract them while driving.
