■ Holding Tax Calculation

• Search for the official assessed value by entering the address and building/unit number.

• Calculate property tax and comprehensive real estate tax by entering necessary facts such as single-home ownership, joint ownership, age, and holding period.

• You can check not only the annual total but also the calculation process for July and September payments and by tax item.

■ Capital Gains Tax Calculation

• Calculate the estimated tax amount by entering the acquisition and transfer dates and amounts, necessary expenses, and facts regarding ownership and residence.

• It displays the step-by-step derivation process for capital gains, special long-term holding deductions, basic deductions, progressive tax rates, and local income tax.

• If applicable laws or factual circumstances are unclear or fall outside the scope of support, it does not present arbitrary figures but instead provides guidance on why verification is necessary.
