2026-02-19	HW*****	I was able to make US local outgoing calls, I could not receive calls from US numbers to my virtual number. I wrote to customer support, I was asked to reinstall the tascom app. After thereinstallation I am trying to login, but it spins indefinitely, without letting me to login. I am very much frustrated with this app. This is just a waste of money and effort. I DO NOT recommend this app at all.

When I try the “Forgot Password” option, I do not receive any reset link or message on my registered email ID or mobile number. Even no support of any type as I send mail but no one is there to acknowledge. The app also seems to have several bugs. I have never experienced this kind of issue with any other app before.
