Features & Capabilities

The dictionary and affixes file were made by Ramil Sagum, Kevin P. Scannell, and Jan Michael Alonzo originally which are licensed under the GNU GPL2.

Its repository could be found at https://github.com/jmalonzo/tl-wordlist but please do note that this add-on is no longer pulling its wordlist + affixes file from there and instead, manages its own wordlist + affixes file from its own repository here.

Further additions to the wordlist & affixes files plus changes to follow the orthography (in spelling) were made by FranklinDM.

This add-on is meant to check spelling (it is NOT an academic dictionary and it does NOT include definitions/meanings for Filipino/Tagalog words).

To enable, right-click in any multi-line text box, select "Languages", then "Tagalog".
