Table Form Paste Helper is a lightweight browser extension for pasting spreadsheet data into table-style web forms.

Copy rows and columns from Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools, click the first field in a web form, and paste. The extension fills the fields in order, following the table layout.

It is designed for standard HTML table forms and simple div-based grid forms, such as work logs, timesheets, monthly reports, and other repeated data entry screens.

Pasted data is processed locally in your browser. The extension does not send pasted data, form values, browsing history, or page content to external servers.
